Workshop in Water Color Woodblock Printmaking

PLEASE OBSERVE, THIS COURSE IS NOW FULLY BOOKED!

I am very interested in sharing my knowledge and experience of the water color woodblock printmaking techniques from Japan. The main purpose of my workshop is to exchange and develop the techniques of water color woodblock printmaking with students and staff using natural materials and local products for the art activities.

For reasons of global warming I care and try to search for ways to make art enjoyable and uncomplicated, taking advantage of natural materials as much as possible. My concerns are focused on easier techniques, simple tools and lower costs, to facilitate the study of the printmaking process by presenting it as uncomplicated for the beginner.
