After five years at Valand School of Fine Arts, the KUNO secretariat has been hosted by Bergen National Academy of the Arts from January 2006. According to established practice and the network’s guidelines, another member institution should take over the responsibility from 2011. A clear institutional commitment is expressed by EAA which regards KUNO as an active and efficient network. The academy’s overall motivation is based on a wish to contribute to KUNO's further development. The full integration of the Baltic member institutions into Nordplus in 2008 was warmly welcomed by KUNO. The move of the network secretariat to one of its Baltic member institutions also represents a milestone.
